“Wow, this was such an exciting 12 weeks for me. I cannot believe what a great experience Club FYM has been.

I joined right before the challenge started and jumped right in. I have tried so many diets and plans over the years, that I finally got to a point that I knew I had to NOT diet, but learn a new way of life.

When Denise told me about Club FYM, I thought, that sounds like it may be just what I am looking for!

I have found that both the nutrition and the fitness work with my busy life style. I just have to plan ahead a bit more.

I have 3 kids, who I taxi around all evening to many different events. We started remodeling our kitchen during the 2nd week of this challenge (running up and down the stairs to get a meal together may have helped me lose weight).

I realized if I can plan healthy meals while having my kitchen spread between outside, upstairs and downstairs, then I can do this all of the time!

One of the most important things I have learned this challenge is that this nutrition plan is not only good for me, but for the whole family.

I am slowly converting the family to this eating plan. They have noticed the change in the snack cabinet, but they really will eat what we have.

My biggest problem is always the TIME issue. This 12 weeks I have learned that I need that time for myself. I took the time to make sure meals were healthy and my workout time was included in the day.

When I started the 12 week challenge, I set my goals to lose 10 lbs, tone up and fit better in my clothes. I went into this mainly hoping to change habits in my life, I figured the weight change may not happen right away. Being consistent with the nutrition and workouts, this plan exceeded my expectations.

Not only did my clothes start fitting better rather quickly, but many of them are now too big. I started wearing the smaller size clothes I had in my give away pile (now I have bigger sizes to give away). Though it was a learning process, one day I would eat something after a workout thinking it was good, and the next day I would hear Holly in a video saying don't eat this food after a workout it will slow your metabolism. I learned so much about what and when to eat certain foods.

Having people notice the changes in me has been a fun little motivation too!

Having accountability buddies was such a wonderful experience, for once this was not a journey on my own. Not only has it been fun to get to know other ladies, but so helpful to know others out there are working through all of this too.

We are not alone!

Here are my stats:
Before:
Age: 38 (can't lose anything here)
Weight: 157lbs….. ….now 139lbs lost 18 lbs
Size: 8/10 - pants …..now 6/8 lost 1-2 size
Large tops - …………now medium lost 1 size
belly button: 37" …….now 33 1/2" lost 3.5"
Hips: 39 1/2" ………..now: 37 1/2" lost - 2"
Chest: 41 ……………now 38 1/2" lost 2.5"

One other important point is the confidence this has given me. I feel stronger and so much more sure of myself, this in and of itself is a great prize.

I love hearing videos from Holly and reading progress journals. Thanks accountability buddies, Denise, Ellie and Brandi and of course Holly. You all kept me motivated!

I can't wait to start the next challenge and learn even more ways to be the healthiest Me I can Be!”
