2. Exercise Plan 
You are ready to go all out! Skipping any prep - going right to the advanced for best fat loss results - pushing as hard as you can, with highest reps and highest weights. You even increased the time you workout and have added in a few extra fat loss exercise plans just to make sure you are going to the Max! The goal is FAST fat loss results after all, right? 
 
3. Motivation 
Not exactly - what is being used at this point is willpower. When in your mind you have not accepted what this process is all about and why - you will find that you Force yourself to do things - to workout, to choose carrots over candy bars - rather than understanding, accepting and appreciating WHY you are making these choices.
