Well, to begin, back in Dec. I stumbled upon Club FYM. Before I even looked through the entire site, I decided to join. I read as much as possible and started making some changes.

At this point, I hadn’t ordered the program. I did some more reading and decided I wanted to try the NYTC. So I clicked the necessary buttons to join and found that I needed to order the program. That didn’t stop me, I ordered the program right away and as soon as I did, I received a response from Holly. I couldn’t believe that she personally had responded. I was very excited to know she was handling the ins and outs of even ordering the program.

And so I began in Jan. 4th, I did my normal workout (30 minutes on my elliptical). This was the day I started reading the e-book and everything that came with it. I started to become a little intimidated because I haven’t read everything. So, I did my first blog post stating that I might not be ready and got back a few responses right away. They, the great ladies of Club FYM, told me “just do it, you will regret it if you don’t.” And I am so glad I did. So, right then I started writing down everything I ate. The next day I started the FYM workouts and kept on going each day after.

I always felt like a strong person physically even though I didn’t workout regularly, expect for cardio.
After reading the e-book and website, I was extremely happy to learn that I only needed 15 minutes and so then began my new lifestyle. I am able to do the workouts, however I struggle with eating supportively. Not that I eat a lot of junk but because I am usually under my needed calorie intake this is due to forgetting and stress.

I try very hard to be aware of my eating by journaling, but I always come up short. I would use the menu planner for breakfast and miss the rest of the day. I have twin boys that are 19 months old and I can’t leave them for very long, they are quite active. Anyway, not to get side tracked. I get great support from Club FYM and do my best to give support back when I am able to get on.

Ever since I started this program, I have felt amazing.

 I love the way I feel and definitely how well my clothes are fitting. Just the other day I tried on a pencil skirt that I haven’t worn in almost 5 years. It fit like a glove, no pulling or puckering. I love having the toned body of course and the compliments are great, but the support of the ladies in this community is priceless.

 Just knowing that I am not alone and struggle with the same issues as others helps tremendously.

My energy levels have increased even though I have always been active. I find now, that I do not get out of breath as easily as I used to. My mood is definitely better, I am happier even though I still have some personal obstacles, I am definitely more positive about things.

Life is better and I would love for my family to get on board, however they are set in their ways and not interested. My husband is supportive and wants me to be happy. So I am being strong and doing this for myself and my kids (I live with my in-laws which is good in most ways) I believe my health is definitely better than before, I feel more energized and not sluggish, plus my kids are exercising with me. And that makes me feel awesome! I plan on keeping this lifestyle because of
